Programs
Four ways to train with Futsal Development Academy. Every program is scheduled around club soccer commitments, and every session is built on decision-making under pressure.
Academy Team
The Academy Team program is our most competitive training environment.
Players train in a structured team setting and compete in futsal leagues and tournaments throughout the year. These teams represent Futsal Development Academy in competitive events across the region and country.
Training frequency varies by season:
- Winter and Summer: Teams train twice per week and compete in leagues and tournaments.
- Spring and Fall: Teams train once per week, focusing primarily on individual development and technical improvement during the outdoor soccer season. No games/tournaments are played during these times. There are only practices, not to conflict with club soccer.
Players in the Academy program receive:
- Weekly structured training sessions led by experienced coaches
- Competition in top futsal tournaments
- Tactical team development
- Advanced technical training
- Opportunities to compete against elite futsal programs
This program is ideal for players who want a high-level development environment while competing against some of the best futsal teams in the region.
Training Only
The Training Only program is designed for players who want to improve their skills without committing to tournament play.
Players train once per week and focus entirely on individual development.
Sessions emphasize:
- Ball mastery
- 1v1 attacking and defending
- Passing and receiving
- Decision making under pressure
- Game intelligence
This program is perfect for players who want to improve technically while balancing their club soccer schedules.
Morning Mentorship
Our morning training programs are designed for players who are highly motivated and looking for a deeper development environment.
The Morning Mentorship Program is our most intensive development environment.
This program runs year-round from 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM, Monday through Friday, and is designed for players who are homeschooled or not attending traditional school during the morning hours.
Players train in a small group environment that allows for deeper coaching, detailed feedback, and a stronger focus on individual growth.
Training sessions focus on:
- Technical mastery on the ball
- Decision making in small sided games
- Strength, coordination, and athletic development
- Tactical understanding and game intelligence
The goal of the mentorship program is to help players build elite habits, develop confidence, and accelerate their long-term development both as players and individuals.
Summer High Performance
During the summer months (June – July), we also offer High Performance Morning Sessions designed for advanced players looking to continue developing during the offseason.
These sessions take place three days per week in the morning and run for one hour per session.
The summer program focuses on:
- High-level technical training
- Small sided decision-making games
- Speed of play and quick thinking
- Preparing players for the upcoming fall soccer season
This program is designed for serious, high-level players who want to continue pushing their development during the summer months.
