About our coaching staff

Our staff focuses exclusively on player development and spends countless hours studying the game, preparing sessions, and helping players grow.

FDA coaches are committed to:

Ana Ibrahimkadic

Academy Operations Manager

Ana serves as the Academy Operations Manager at Futsal Development Academy, supporting daily operations and helping coordinate schedules, tournaments, and communication between coaches and families. She played collegiate soccer at Spalding University and holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, and Sports Management and an MBA in Sports Management.

Off the court: Ana is a big animal lover and enjoys reading and travelling.

Dino Hodzic

Coach

Coach Dino coaches at Futsal Development Academy and has experience working with players through individual training, small group sessions, and team environments. As a player, he competed with Javanon and Ballard High School, and previously signed an amateur contract with Louisville City FC. Dino earned several honors during his playing career, including ECNL Player of the Year, ECNL All-American, and First Team All-State.

Off the court: Dino is a big futsal fan and his favorite team is Arsenal.

Coach Art brings international playing experience and a strong passion for the game. He developed as a player with FC 2 Korriku in Prishtina, Kosovo, and continued his career at Butler High School. Art also attended Arsenal Soccer Camps, where he gained valuable exposure to high-level coaching and player development. He emphasizes creativity and encourages players to express themselves and develop their own style within the game.

Off the court: he is a lifelong Real Madrid fan, enjoys playing padel and golf, and admires creative players like Mesut Özil.

Coach Edvin coaches at Futsal Development Academy and also has experience coaching at the varsity high school level. As a player, he competed with Javanon, Louisville City Academy, and Fairdale High School, and also played internationally in Slovenia and Croatia. Edvin earned multiple honors during his playing career, including 3× All-District, 3× All-Region, and All-State recognition, and was nominated as an All-American. He focuses on helping players build confidence, discipline, creativity, and a love for the game, and brings a strong passion to supporting and advocating for his players.

Off the court: Edvin loves futsal and padel and is currently studying Finance and Accounting in college.

Coach Nisko coaches at Futsal Development Academy and brings his playing experience to help develop young players in the game. He played for Javanon, Mockingbird Soccer Club, and Male High School, where he earned recognition as a 7th Region All-Star. Nisko also holds a futsal coaching license.

Off the court: he’s a big futsal fan, supports Real Madrid, enjoys playing padel, and is currently majoring in Finance and Business Administration.

Carlos Sanchis

Coach Carlos is originally from Spain, where he grew up playing soccer before moving to the United States at the age of 17. He began his collegiate career at Florida Atlantic University before transferring to the University of Louisville, where he graduated. After college, Carlos played professionally for Los Angeles Force. He now works full-time developing players of all ages and levels, bringing his experience and knowledge of the game to the next generation.

Off the court: when he’s not on the field, Carlos enjoys playing chess and admits he spends a little too much time on it.
