How to join Futsal DA
Players interested in joining Futsal Development Academy can complete the interest form below. Registration takes a few minutes.
Three steps

Complete the interest form.
Families provide the player’s name, birth year, current club team/level, and playing position, plus a parent/guardian name, email address, and phone number.
Complete the interest form -
Join the communication platform.
Once registration is submitted, players will be added to our communication platform where families will receive updates about schedules, training sessions, and upcoming events.

Attend the Annual Player Evaluation & Team Placement Day.
This evaluation is open to everyone and is required for both current FDA players and new players interested in joining the academy. There is a $20 evaluation fee.

Common questions
Do I have to leave my club to train with FDA?
No. Futsal Development Academy is a club-neutral training environment, with players representing many different clubs throughout the area. We carefully schedule our training sessions around club team commitments.
What ages do you work with?
Players ages 6 through high school. Teams are placed by birth year at the annual evaluation.
Is the evaluation required?
Yes. It is open to everyone and required for both current FDA players and new players. There is a $20 evaluation fee.
Which program should we choose?
Academy Team is our most competitive environment with leagues and tournaments. Training Only is once a week with no tournament commitment. Morning Mentorship runs Monday–Friday mornings for homeschooled players. Summer High Performance runs June–July for advanced players. See the full program comparison.

Annual Player Evaluation & Team Placement Day
